Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer development, including international sea, air freight and related import/export logistics business.
  • Develop peers, foreign trade companies, and factory customers via telephone, offline exhibitions, and online platforms.
  • Promote the company's advantageous international routes and prices, establishing long-term cooperative relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on customer payment recovery, maintain customer relationships, and formulate logistics solutions.

Requirements

  • College degree or above, majors in International Economy and Trade, Logistics Management, Marketing preferred.
  • Sales experience in the same industry, with stable export customer resources preferred.
  • Strong willingness to sell, outgoing personality, strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, capable of independent business development and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for booking, operation, and AMS entry for US/Canada lines or all lines.
  • Communicate with factories on operation matters, send relevant documents to foreign countries on time.
  • Responsible for entry of receivables/payables and invoicing application, assist finance in reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and handle various emergencies that may occur during transportation.

Requirements

  • Proficient in US/Canada line operation process, able to handle entire business independently, familiarity with declaration system preferred.
  • One year or more experience in US/Canada line or all line operation, able to handle various emergencies.
  • College degree or above, CET-4 or above preferred, familiar with OFFICE software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills and service awareness, meticulous and responsible.
